Debra Kaatz

Debra Kaatz began research of ancient Chinese characters with Elizabeth Rochat de la Vallee and continued to work all the acupuncture points through those ancient stories contained in the wonderfully imaginative characters. She gives sessions, teaches students, gives international zoom classes and writes. Her newest book is Five Seasons of Acupuncture Vitality. The book describes each point in a beautiful poetic way. There is a description of the Chinese character, as well as the energetic use of each point. There is also a meditation for each point. The points are linked to the seasons and how to regenerate energy each season. Just reading about each point inspires its energy to rejuvenate us.
